What is your passion? Mine are my family, the great outdoors, good design, and photography. I always look forward to meeting new people and taking on awesome projects.
I’ve worked as a designer and photographer for over 10 years. From freelance projects to in-house designer positions. I come from a rural background that instilled in me hard work and perseverance, which I strive to implement in my work every day. Let’s build something together!
I’m a UT boy by way of Manila, a blip on the map along the Green River. Population 350. Located south west of the Flaming Gorge Reservoir and north face of the Uinta mountain range. I am grateful for the unique experience of growing up in a place where I knew everyone and their dog’s name, lazily flashing the two finger wave when we drove by on the dirt roads. We lived fearless, never locking our homes or cars. Peaceful though it was, I am thankful today to be only a 10 minute drive from Walmart.
I created this icon of a sai and tattooed it on my arm as a symbol of my dedication to personal mental health. I was inspired by one of my favorite bands: Twenty One Pilots. They powerfully promote mental health in their music through storytelling. I was raised in a community that spread fear and disinformation about mental health. The sai represents escaping and fighting against societal stigmas, such as: “you are weak if you need therapy.” Fighting these stigmas has led me to where I am today. Some of my journey can be seen on my TikTok channel. Link below.
My greatest joy is my family. My wife and girls are my number one priority. Parenting is a non-stop adventure, especially with a toddler and preteen—they have the same attitude with wildly different communication styles. So they keep me on my toes, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I receive a lot of fulfillment from my artistic work, but my cool little family will always be where it’s at, which is usually the park, the pool, or watching Bluey cuddled up on the couch with popcorn. Simply the best.
